Vibratory finishing
The dominant type of mass finishing. We supply circular, straight and throughfeed machines that are modern, quiet, easy to work with and equipped with polyurethane lining for longest possible service life.
Centrifugal high energy finishing
Instead of using vibrations, the movement of the media is created by a rotating disk at the bottom of the container. The fast movement of the grinding media in a centrifugal machine provides 10-20 times more processing power than vibratory tumbling.
DRAG FINISHING / STREAM FINISHING
In this type of machine equipment, the workpieces are clamped in special holders, thus avoiding the risk of the workpieces coming into contact with each other during machining. In DRAG FINISHING machines, the workpieces are rotated in different movement patterns at high speed through an abrasive and/or polishing media. In STREAM FINISHING, the work container rotates at high speed with the workpiece in a fixed rotating spindle thus creating a very effective mechanical surface treatment of the workpiece.
