EDGE BREAKING OF FLAT DETAILS

DM 1100C machine for internal and external edge bending of flat metal parts of steel, stainless steel and aluminum, laser or water cut or punched. The machine can edge bend parts down to about 50 x 50 mm, but also larger plates up to 1000 mm. The machine is equipped with double transverse, counter-rotating belts with grinding blocks for an even and uniform edge rounding.

Principle:

2 counter-rotating belts with sanding blocks ensure a smooth cut on the entire upper side in single pass and on the underside in double-sided machines.

Sharp edges:

is broken and rounded, both external and internal edges are processed simultaneously.

Various details:

optimized for virtually all flat components up to 1000 mm wide, but even smaller parts down to 50 x 50 mm can be easily and economically edge broken in this machine.

Easy to adjust:

setting the dimension of the workpiece and the machine’s grinding pressure is simple and intuitive. It is done directly on the machine control panel.
