Water Treatment

Centrifugal cleaning of tumbling fluid

Wastewater from tumbling machines contains, in addition to water and compound, a sludge consisting of very small particles from chips and the metal being tumbled. Many of these particles are so small that they cannot be settled or filtered. Centrifugation separates the sludge from the water/compound solution which, under certain conditions, can be recirculated to the tumbling machines to form a closed system for a longer period of time.

Trumlingsaktiebolaget supplies centrifugal treatment plants both with manual emptying and with automatic emptying of the separated sludge.

Centrifugal treatment plants can handle a large volume of tumbling liquid. This means that one centrifugal treatment plant can supply several tumbling machines.

Circulation tank for tumbling fluid

A circulation tank is a relatively simple and inexpensive but well-functioning solution to a closed liquid handling system in tumbling.

The tank is equipped with two baffles that divide the tank into three separate compartments. The principle is the same as for a three-chamber well, i.e. the coarser sludge is collected in the first two compartments so that the water that reaches the circulation pump is relatively free of sludge.

We have our own development in the field of industrial wastewater.
We design, construct and deliver complete plants and components such as chamber filter presses, tanks and control systems.
